Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and schedule conference rooms
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in customer support or administrative roles
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and proficiency in data entry
- Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
