Job Full Description
An Edmonton client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team.
Accounts Receivable Administrator Highlights:
· We seek a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the timely processing of invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and managing collections to support our financial operations. If you have strong analytical skills and experience in accounts receivable, we want to hear from you!
· Process an average of 10-15 invoices daily, contributing to monthly totals ranging from $10M to $13M.
· Manage collections, making 50+ weekly collection calls or emails to ensure timely payments.
· Reconcile over 100 customer accounts, ensuring accurate transaction tracking and resolving discrepancies.
· Monitor and manage payment terms of 30, 60, and 90 days, initiating collection procedures as necessary when payments are overdue.
· Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
· Work closely with other departments to resolve invoice disputes and ensure smooth payment processes.
· Provide reports on accounts receivable status, including overdue accounts, collection efforts, and customer account reconciliations.
· Requirements:
· Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, with a strong focus on invoice processing and collections.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle high invoices and collection activity volumes.
· Proficient in financial software and tools for tracking and managing customer accounts.
· Strong analytical and communication skills for reconciling accounts and managing collections.
· Ability to manage payment terms efficiently and escalate overdue accounts to collections when necessary.

· Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
· $26 - $28/ hour
