Job Full Description
An Edmonton client is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Part-time) to join their team.
Administrative Assistant Highlights:
· Invoice Matching: Review and match incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
· Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry for financial and administrative records using SAP, Ariba, and Talula systems.
· General Administrative Tasks: Support the team with various administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
· Bank Deposits: Process and complete bank deposits in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records.
· Software Proficiency: Use SAP, Ariba, and Talula to manage financial data and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
· Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience with SAP/Ariba: Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Talula is required for this role.
· Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate invoice matching, data entry, and financial tasks.
· Administrative Skills: Proven experience in general office duties and supporting administrative functions.
· Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively during the 4-hour daily schedule to complete tasks efficiently.
Administrative Assistant Hours & Wage
· $21 - $23/hour
· Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
