An Edmonton client is seeking a CNC Shop Manufacturer to join their team.
CNC Shop Manufacturer Highlights:
· Join our team as a CNC Shop Manufacturer in a well-organized and meticulously maintained shop environment. This role involves precision manufacturing of a range of products, including panels, cabinets, hitch steps, and custom-built components for RVs and industrial vehicles. Using advanced CNC equipment and working with various materials, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and grow within a supportive company that values career progression and cross-training.
· Precision Manufacturing: Operate CNC routers, including two CNC tables and an AXYZ router, to produce high-quality cuts on various materials with a high standard of precision.
· Product Fabrication: Manufacture and assemble parts for panels, cabinets, walls, canopies, running boards, hitch steps, and more, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
· Custom Builds: Create custom components, such as wheels and beacons, according to customer specifications.
· Material Handling: Work with materials including aluminum, PVC, HTPE, polystyrene, and acrylic, maintaining cleanliness to ensure pristine quality, particularly for visible white components.
· Assembly & Starter Builds: Assist in the assembly of parts for campers, RVs, and industrial vehicles, including initial builds for starter components.
· Band Saws: Operate two band saws for a variety of cutting requirements.
· CNC Routers: Utilize two CNC tables and an AXYZ router to achieve precision cuts across projects.
· Career Development: Gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of the production process.
· Cross-Training: Develop versatile skills across different manufacturing roles, contributing to your professional growth and the company’s success.
· Experience in a CNC manufacturing environment is preferred.
· Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, especially with visible components.
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC routers, band saws, and material handling.

· Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
· $20 - $30/hour
