Job Full Description
An Edmonton client seeks a Service Administrator to join their team.
Service Administrator Highlights:
· Provide administrative support to Customer Service Advisors.
· Communicate effectively with advisors and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
· Update and maintain accurate client information in company systems.
· Configure and manage data as required.
· Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
· High degree of accuracy and proficient typing skills.
· Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Oracle, and JD Edwards.
Service Administrator Hours & Wage
· Two shift patterns: a rotating 7-on, 7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM or 7 AM - 7 PM), or a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with shifts from 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
· $21 - $22/hour
