Job Full Description
An Edmonton client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Customer Service Representative Highlights:
· Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients, relaying all client-specific information, including volumes, trends, extended service opportunities, growing needs, and changes, to management.
· Ensure that client orders are processed accurately and on time in the warehouse management system and/or client computer system.
· Order Processing:
· Print orders onto Packing Slips and/or Bills of Lading (BOLs) for warehouse picking, packing, and shipping.
· Perform all order entry functions with a target of 100% accuracy.
· Review all orders received back from the warehouse, confirm all orders as shipped, and ensure all accessorial charges are captured.
· Coordination and Communication:
· Communicate and coordinate with Customer Service Managers (CSM) and warehouse supervisors regarding rush orders and the arrival of products.
· Review incoming receipts for accuracy and compliance with vendor packing slips, investigating and reporting any variances.
· Coordinate shipments, attend to drivers, and book inbound/outbound appointments.
· Reporting and Documentation:
· Report all accidents, damages, errors, and client complaints to the CSM in a timely manner.
· Ensure appropriate documentation for inventory cycle counts and wall-to-wall counts, adjusting client inventory as necessary.
· Invoice clients for extra billable charges and ensure all revenue areas are covered.
· Provide monthly invoice summaries and reports as requested by the client.
· Maintain transactional records of all inbound receiving, outbound orders, and other internal transactions, including adjustments and location moves.
· System Management:
· Advise the CSM when new client-specific SKUs are received for setup in the Maves system.
· Ensure that all necessary data and files are kept accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
· Other Duties:
· Perform other duties as required to support the Customer Service and warehouse operations.
· Qualifications:
· Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service Representative experience.
· Experience in inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention, and damage procedures.
· Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications.
· High levels of accuracy in typing, data entry, order entry, and file management.
· Strong organizational skills, with focused attention to detail.
· Personal Attributes:
· Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
· A positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Monday to Sunday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
· $21- $23/ hour
