An Edmonton client seeks a Warehouse Associate to join their team.
Warehouse Associate Highlights:
· We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will begin in the Receiving department and gradually receive training in other areas, including Shipping, Transfers, and Parts Counter. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow within the warehouse environment, learning about our products and processes.
· Key Responsibilities:
· Operate a forklift (counterbalance sit down) to manage inventory and product movement.
· Receive incoming stock, carefully review packing slips, and ensure accuracy.
· Safely and efficiently put stock away in the correct locations.
· Learn and use the Solar Inventory Management system to track and manage inventory.
· Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse by following proper stock placement procedures.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team, assist in additional tasks, and maintain a positive team environment.
· Support cross-functional teams in Shipping, Transfers, and Parts Counter as needed.
· Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation (in-house certification is acceptable).
· Proficient in warehouse operations, inventory management, and time management.
· Comfortable with computers and inventory management systems (Solar system experience is a plus).
· Attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced environments.
· Team-oriented, willing to take on tasks and assist where needed.
· Outgoing, with a sense of humor and positive attitude.
· Physical Requirements:
· Must wear steel-toed boots (other PPE will be provided).
· Ability to lift and move products as needed.
· Certifications:
· Forklift certification (in-house certification is acceptable, and we will recertify as required).

· Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
