An Edmonton client is seeking a Clerk II- Service Innovation and Performance Branch to join their team.
Clerk II- Service Innovation and Performance Branch Highlights:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Clerk II to support our Service Innovation and Performance Branch, specifically within the Payments team at the Edmonton Service Center. This position involves assisting with payment processing and handling high-volume workloads, particularly related to the ETS Arc card program. If you’re proficient in Google apps, comfortable with high-paced environments, and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply!
· Payment Processing and Customer Support:
· Accept payments in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
· Provide support to subsidized Ride Transit users, transitioning to the new ETS Arc card payment system.
· High-Volume Workload Management:
· Manage a high volume of transactions, accurately and efficiently supporting the Payments team with daily tasks.
· Handle workload surges due to the Arc card program and assist the team as they adjust to new processes.
· Administrative Support and Collaboration:
· Assist the team with various administrative tasks using Google apps, maintaining organized and accurate records.
· Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Qualifications:
· Experience:
· Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset.
· Familiarity with payment processing and supporting high-volume customer interactions.
· Skills:
· Proficiency in Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
· Strong communication skills for handling both in-person and over-the-phone payments.
· Additional Requirements:
· Candidates must have completed a full recruitment process, including an interview, computer skills test, and reference checks.
· Security Clearance is required for this position.

· $22/ hour
· Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 pm
