Job Full Description
An Edmonton client is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
Receptionist Highlights:

Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional attitude

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed

Respond to emails and inquiries promptly

Provide basic information about the company/services to guests and callers

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain and update records, logs, and databases
-
Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings
-
Manage office supplies and place orders when needed

Assist with clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Support other departments with administrative needs

Manage visitor logs and security procedures (if applicable)

Coordinate conference room bookings

Assist with event planning or company functions as needed
