Job Full Description
We currently have an Employment Specialist position opening available at our Lethbridge location. Join our team and help put a million people to work annually!
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential applicants
- On-board and train new applicants
- Maintain and Drive in new business by phone and in person
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting or other related fields
- 1 year of managing others
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or inside sales/customer service experience
- Solid phone and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding account management
- Understanding of general business, office terminology and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
- Passion for sales and service
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
