Job Full Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrative Assistant in Coquitlam for a large construction equipment supplier. This is a full-time & permanent role in Coquitlam.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience specifically supporting a Sales Department is required
  • Must be fluent with Simply Accounting/Sage 50
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Reflects longevity in past work experiences
  • Team-player with a Can-Do attitude!
  • Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
  • Willingness to learn & support a team

Duties:

  • High-volume of data entry of inventory items, purchase orders & invoicing
  • Maintain client records
  • Assist the sales team with data entry of purchase orders or relevant sales support tasks
  • Assist the accounting department with invoicing
