Job Full Description
Our client is looking for additional support & is hiring for a Sales Order Processor role. This role is a full-time & permanent role for a large medical equipment company in Langley/Golden Ears Way area.
Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years of office/sales order administrative experience within a medical environment is required
- Some exposure to warehouse/logistics/shipment coordinating experience is also required
- NetSuite software experience is an asset
- Reference & background check will be conducted
- Available to start ASAP!
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal (you'll be communicating largely with both clients)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering & assisting customers via incoming phone & emails inquiries
- Coordinating medical supply inventory shipments
- Data-entry of incoming sales orders
- Coordinating with both sales, logistics/warehouse teams and customers on their order statuses
- General office & housekeeping duties
