Job Full Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator for a commercial product & service company in Coquitlam! The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic individual that would join their team for this Full-Time & Permanent role.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project coordinating experience is required
  • Fluency using MS Office Suite, and any project management software: BlueBeam, Trello, AutoCAD and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Self-starter looking to grow within a company
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate
  • Excellent communication skills: written & verbal

Duties

  • Assist the Project Manager with incoming new projects
  • Coordinate the design aspects of the job & attending to the necessary permits required
  • Communicating with clients & vendors
  • Handle customer service requests with a focus on quality and responsiveness
  • Assist with incoming call inquiries, data entry, sales support & permits
