We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Service Coordinator role. This is a full-time & permanent role in Port Coquitlam for a Canadian owned company in business for 22+ years.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of service coordinating/service dispatching experience is required
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks online would be a strong asset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
  • Superb customer service experience
  • References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate

Duties:

  • Dispatching 3-4 service technicians to jobs within the Lower Mainland
  • Coordinating administrative tasks with the Office Manager: payroll on occasion for 28 employees via QuickBooks online
  • Reception support answering & forwarding phone calls and emails, greeting customers & receiving shipments
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Following up on invoice payments when required
