Job Full Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Service Coordinator role. This is a full-time & permanent role in Port Coquitlam for a Canadian owned company in business for 22+ years.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of service coordinating/service dispatching experience is required
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Proficiency with QuickBooks online would be a strong asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Superb customer service experience
- References & BG check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate
Duties:
- Dispatching 3-4 service technicians to jobs within the Lower Mainland
- Coordinating administrative tasks with the Office Manager: payroll on occasion for 28 employees via QuickBooks online
- Reception support answering & forwarding phone calls and emails, greeting customers & receiving shipments
- Data entry of invoices
- Following up on invoice payments when required
