Job Full Description
Our client is a leading logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our client’s team and support their HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews through LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in written and oral.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
Salay and Schedule:
- $55K-$65K Annually
- Monday to Friday
