Responsibilities
- Sales and Client Management:
- Generate and nurture leads using a proven lead management system.
- Engage in weekly prospecting activities, including calls, emails, direct mail, and notecards.
- Ensure the CRM is consistently updated with relevant client and lead information.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine touchpoint strategies for client management.
- Maintain strong communication with external contacts, including city planners, engineers, and environmental specialists.
- Research:
- Conduct detailed research on available land development opportunities in the region.
- Provide market analysis, including land valuations and recommendations for potential properties.
- Review city council agendas, development applications, and NCPs to stay updated on key industry news.
- Use platforms such as MLS Paragon, CoStar, and City Mapping Systems to conduct comprehensive land research.
- Prepare comparative maps and other visual data for the Sales Team using Adobe Illustrator.
Requirements
- Must-Have: A strong knowledge of real estate and at least 1 year of sales experience (internships or co-op experience also applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM. Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
