Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems with swimming pools and spas, including equipment malfunctions and chemical imbalances.
- Perform filter inspections and PH testing, ensuring water quality meets standards.
- Conduct draining and refilling of tubs as necessary.
- Clean pump baskets, skimmers, and hot tub accessories.
- Install new pool and spa appliances, including filters, pumps, and heaters.
- Resolve customer and employee concerns with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Maintain and respond to corporate communications as needed.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles.
Requirements:
- Valid BC Driver’s License (company vehicle provided).
- Customer-centric attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to multiple client sites daily.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous pool repair and maintenance experience preferred.
- Plumbing, gas, or electrical accreditation a plus.
