Executive Assistant to President & CEO

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides essential support to both the President (30%) and the CEO (70%) to enable strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational enabler, the EA ensures seamless workflows, proactive decision-making, and alignment across teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
- Oversee inbox management, correspondence, and travel coordination.
- Create and maintain professional documents and reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline communication.
- Personal Assistance:
- Handle personal tasks, errands, and confidential matters with discretion.
- Support family logistics and appointments as needed.
- Administrative Collaboration:
- Coordinate with administrative and leadership teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist with expense reporting, vendor management, and occasional event planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5–7+ years in a senior EA role, supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive problem-solving, high emotional intelligence, and strong written/verbal communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management software, and collaboration platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000–$100,000+ annually, with performance-based bonuses (~10% of base salary).
