As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a dedicated team, working alongside creative, passionate, results driven professionals who are focused on delivering compelling product and brand experiences to customers both on line and at wholesale. You will be an integral force behind the company’s growth, ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives on line, at wholesale and through their website. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden the brand’s awareness and deliver a compelling customer experience through social, search, website, wholesale and events. This position will excel at providing product and consumer insights with detailed analysis, and collaborate with external agency partners to execute upon brand and marketing strategy. In addition, this role will play a key part in expanding the company’s presence in North America and abroad and your contributions will directly impact the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives while managing the company’s e-commerce website and Amazon, ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and successful product launches.
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure campaign successes while analyzing campaign and website performance, sales trends to provide actionable insights that guide product merchandising, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborating with external agencies for paid advertising, digital marketing initiatives, and track results of campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer insights to inform product and marketing planning and initiatives.
  • Foster customer loyalty and positive brand perception driving customer acquisition and retention through the development of promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively in US and Canada while integrating our international e-commerce efforts.
  • Identify and engage new and current target audiences and maintaining a proactive and hands-on approach to execution on line, wholesale, social, and select events.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e commerce, campaign development, agency collaboration in a consumer-focused environment.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Understanding of various digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing with proven expertise in brand campaign and website management, product launches, retail, data analysis, and digital marketing and e commerce innovations.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsStrong knowledge of global e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.
  • Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, flawless execution, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A hands-on, fast paced, results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
