Role Impact:
As a Sales Representative for luxury plumbing and hardware products, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s market presence. You will collaborate with industry professionals—designers, contractors, and developers—while also identifying opportunities to upsell premium products tailored to their specific needs. Your ability to build long-term relationships will directly contribute to our continued success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Inside Sales & Showroom: Consultatively engage with clients, including designers and contractors, in the showroom, understanding their project needs and recommending the most suitable luxury products.
- Outside Sales & Client Visits: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting clients on-site, nurturing leads, and expanding the client base.
- Product Solutions & Upselling: Understand client needs and provide customized solutions, while also identifying opportunities to upsell higher-end or complementary products based on project requirements.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, ensuring seamless client experiences both in the showroom and off-site.
- Deliver compelling presentations, both in-person and virtually, using tools like PowerPoint to highlight product features and benefits.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships with designers, contractors, and developers to maximize sales potential.
- Stay at the forefront of luxury product knowledge and industry trends through continuous training and development.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in high-end sales, ideally within luxury products or a related field, with experience working with designers, contractors, and developers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele in both showroom and client-site environments.
- A strategic thinker with the initiative to drive sales goals, upsell effectively, and exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering polished presentations and navigating complex sales processes.
