Our client is seeking enthusiastic Showroom Sales Consultants to join their high-end Vancouver location, specializing in either lighting or plumbing. Role Impact:

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll be key in shaping the customer experience, from first interaction to final sale. You’ll help clients navigate their selections, focusing on creating a memorable, needs-based experience that reflects the showroom’s premium reputation. Your sales contributions directly impact revenue goals, while your personalized service and product expertise build lasting client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet walk-ins, answer questions, and provide detailed product insights, ensuring each customer feels welcome and informed.
  • Sales Process Management: Lead customers through the selection process with a low-pressure, customer-first approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside supervisors and team members to enhance your product knowledge and expand into design consultations over time.
  • Sales Tracking & Follow-Up: Actively monitor your performance to meet monthly targets and develop follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in retail or specialty sales, ideally with experience in luxury or specialized sectors.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A natural ability to engage and assist clients, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Flexibility: Availability for weekend shifts to provide comprehensive showroom coverage.
  • Core Competencies:
