Job Full Description
On behalf of our client, Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team in the building materials industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Communicate with customers in person, by telephone, or by e-mail
- Accurately prepare quotes, orders, and invoices
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Assist with warehouse duties like picking orders and loading trucks as needed
- Provide customers with product and service information
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Previous customer service and sales experience is considered an asset
- Able to work within a team environment
- Proven proficiency in using computers
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Previous forklift experience is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
Our client offers:
- Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Hourly wage is $20-$25 per hour based on experience
