We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure efficient and safe movement of goods within the warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations in our distribution center and requires attention to detail, strong mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safety protocols.

Shift Details: Rotating Shifts - Days, Nights, and Afternoons
Rotating Monday- Friday: Days 7am - 3pm; Afternoon -3 pm to 11pm, and Nights - 11pm to 7am
Pay: $20-$24/hour starting
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, including Counter Balance, Reach Truck, order pickers and clamp trucks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and containers safely.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain an organized work area by ensuring that all materials are stored properly.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and locations.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution and order picking.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance.
- Ability to operate various types of forklifts including order pickers and clamp trucks.
- Competence in performing heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in a warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ years experience in Automotive industry
- Current lift truck certification.
- Attention to detail.
- Competent lift truck operator with a solid understanding of related safety regulations.
- Minimum 3 year experience operating a tow motor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills both oral and written.
