Express Employment is seeking experienced Material Handlers with Forklift License to join our team.
This role is currently not open to students or individuals looking for temporary work
Location: Brampton, Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Days, Afternoons, and Nights)- must be open to working any shift.
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate Forklifts & Pallet Jacks: Safely move raw materials, paper rolls, and finished printed products throughout the facility.
· Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are transported securely and efficiently.
· Ensure printing presses and finishing equipment have the required materials, such as paper, ink, and packaging supplies.
· Track and organize materials in designated storage areas to maintain accurate inventory records.
· Follow company safety guidelines and ensure all materials are handled properly to avoid damage.
· Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure safe operation.
· Work closely with press operators, warehouse teams, and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow in the printing facility.
Requirements:
· Valid Forklift License with experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a material handler, preferably in the printing industry or manufacturing.
· Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, and nights).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
· Knowledge of handling large paper rolls and printing materials is an asset.
· Commitment to workplace safety and best practices.
