We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move products within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Shifts: Rotating (Days, Afternoons, and Nights)- must be able to do all shifts.
- Days: 7:00 – 3:00 pm
- Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Night: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Duties
- Operate forklifts, including Counter Balance, Reach Truck, order pickers and clamp trucks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift License with experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment with verifiable reference.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a material handler, preferably in the printing industry or manufacturing.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, and nights).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of handling large paper rolls and printing materials is an asset.
