Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process documents for insurance claims.
- Retrieve documents from various vendors and police services.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, for daily tasks.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude in all interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Warm and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Must Have:
- Strong geographical knowledge of the province of Quebec.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
