Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all incoming materials, raw materials, and finished products meet our company’s quality and safety standards. Working with our AQL Sampling Plan Levels and customer requirements, the Quality Inspector will play a vital role in maintaining quality control and compliance, delivering excellent results in a dynamic and detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager 5-6 Warehouse staff, people Management
  • Inspect various parts to confirm conformance with print specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform calibration of assigned measuring instruments in line with company policy.
  • Conduct 1st Pc, In-Process, and Final Inspections.
  • Perform Process Capability Studies as directed by the department manager.
  • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting/returning unacceptable materials.
  • Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting tests, and coordinating any necessary re-work.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports, inputting data into the quality database, and receiving purchase orders into the system.
  • Print labels, assign storage locations for goods, and organize storage of materials.
  • Maintain equipment by following operational instructions and scheduling repairs as needed.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Update knowledge and skills through training and professional development.
  • Identify product quality issues and suggest corrective actions to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or above.
  • Skills:
    • Familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 9002. Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and quality database systems.
    • Solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
    • Ability to interpret blueprints.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficient in arithmetic and mechanical aptitude.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Valid Forklift Certification is an asset
    • Team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to motivate and positively influence others.
    • Organized, with a logical approach to work.
    • Observant, with a strong ability to focus on details.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes or standards.
