Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on metalworking machinery in a timely manner.
• Install machines and provide startup training for customers.
• Retrofit and upgrade older machines to improve performance.
• Educate customers on machine operation, applications, maintenance, and safety both on-site and remotely.
• Effectively communicate customer issues or feedback to the Service Coordinator.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
