Job Full Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our client’s team specialize in energy audits, feasibility studies, detailed design, and construction management. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on delivering solutions that address their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
  • Develop and manage client relationships by planning, organizing, and executing sales activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong connections with strategic channel partners.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and requests, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating technical scopes and preparing detailed proposals in consultation with engineers and professional staff.
  • Conduct post-closing reviews to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Travel up to 50%, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southwestern Ontario.

  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Educational background in Business or Sales is an asset.
