Job Summary

This role will complete a data review and update project for the ERP (SAP) system, specifically focusing on Master Data information. SAP knowledge for at least 2 years. 

Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Digital Communications

  • Tradeshow Presence and Coordination:
    • Confirm tradeshow registrations by required deadlines.
    • Coordinate with venue/show contacts for shipping/receiving and material management.
    • Work with internal shipping to gather and prepare tradeshow materials.
    • Arrange shipment logistics to ensure materials reach the designated booth and are returned post-event.
    • Maintain inventory of printed materials and branded merchandise; manage replenishment as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey (NPS): Maintain and follow up on survey responses.
  • Digital Communications:
    • Manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
    • Represent as a member of the  North America Communications network.
    • Maintain the website with up-to-date product information and marketing materials.
    • Update specification sheets (cut sheets) and product brochures as directed.
    • Create, write, obtain approvals, and publish news releases and articles.
    • Manage the news release section of the website.
    • Ensure all communications meet AODA legislative accessibility and language requirements.
  • Branding and Promotional Materials:
    • Develop branding templates and forms using Inc. guidelines.
    • Coordinate branded item orders for tradeshows, promotions, and internal use.
    • Arrange vehicle branding with local decal vendors.
    • Coordinate orders for branded and regulatory labels for manufactured materials and equipment.

2. ERP (SAP) Data Entry

  • Assist with Master Data clean-up to update required customer and product information.

3. Customer Order Coordination for In-House Release and Assemblies

  • Enter customer orders and process credits in the ERP system with high data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely part orders and customer deliveries.
  • Inform customers of expected delivery timelines.
  • Track and schedule shipments in progress.
  • Create labels and Quality Control worksheets for production.
  • Prepare delivery notes and collaborate with the Shipping team for on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Complete invoicing and update the Work in Progress (WIP) folder for shipped orders.

4. Project Coordination Support

  • Assemble production binders for manufactured products.
  • Scan and file production binders to customer files on the server upon completion.

5. Other Duties as Required

  • Support additional business needs as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, digital communications, and/or project administration.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
