About Us:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Control Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for our products and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical control systems and components.
- Create and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and other automation hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- Ensure systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of electrical control systems.
- On-site commissioning and start-up of new equipment
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation including support manuals
- Provide technical support
- Work with Technicians to help de-bug during commissioning
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in control system design, automation, or related areas.
- Proficiency with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
- Experience with HMI development and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP).
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, power distribution, and control panels.
- Ability to read and create technical documentation and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Knowledge of SCADA systems or advanced control theory.
- Familiarity with safety standards like NFPA 70E, IEC, or UL standards.
