Operations Administrator

POSITION TYPE: Full-time

  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations and contribute to its strategic development.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensure smooth office operations and communication systems.
  • Develop and maintain procedure manuals for administrative functions.
  • Provide oversight, support, and training to administrative staff.

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

  • Administer the organization's systems, including information and inventory systems.
  • Optimize information management systems, generate reports, and analyze data.
  • Plan and implement approved operational changes.

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Review and recommend improvements to communication procedures and systems.
  • Assist with ministry presentation tools and oversee web sites.
  • Coordinate mailing schedules and ensure maintenance of office equipment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in fiscal responsibility for non-profits.
  • Proficiency in office systems technologies and ability to train support staff.
  • Strong understanding of information technology and popular software.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in French is an asset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
