Key Qualifications:
- Valid 310T Truck Technician license
- 1-3 years of experience as a heavy-duty truck technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your Responsibilities
As a 310T Technician, you will:
- Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, including diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain work needed and address any concerns.
- Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe workplace.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
