Customer Support Specialist
Do you love hands-on work, engaging with customers, and traveling each day without being stuck behind a desk? If so, we want you to join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding on-site customer service to a variety of clients.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle tasks like restocking products, scanning and processing orders, unloading and loading materials, managing inventory counts, and working closely with both customers and account managers to meet their needs. You will be traveling to a variety of customers in the GTA area.
What we’re looking for:
- Stockroom and inventory experience
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to stay motivated and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Restocking shelves at customer locations
- Ordering products as needed
- Expediting overdue or urgent orders
- Performing cycle counts and assisting with inventory management
- Serving as a liaison between customers and Account Managers
