Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals to drive success.
- Change Management: Lead and support impactful organizational changes, empowering teams across all levels.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Design, create, and maintain HR policies that promote efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster strong, positive relationships with employees, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead compensation and benefits programs, while driving performance management initiatives to reward excellence.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that inform key decisions and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRL/CHRP designation.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing HR teams.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and HR trends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Assets:
- Experience in developing policies and procedures from the ground up.
- Background in leading successful change management initiatives.
