Team Lead
Our client is growing and is looking to add a hands on Team Lead to their workforce! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position with a background in powder painting. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Support the team and production efforts to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time
- Work hands on with the team to complete all daily work orders
- Complete powder painting, loading and offloading and power washing
- Inspect finished parts, ensuring quality and conformance to production standards
- Follow the schedule, keep production moving and complete the daily checklist
- Assist with inventory and daily chemical and paint checks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while Adhering to safety standards
Skills for Success
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience as a Team lead or supervisor
- Must be able to lift 30-40lbs
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
