Are you a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/French) professional passionate with experience in the finance, insurance or competing industry? What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring alerts, making outbound calls, and following up on payments.
- Prevent defaults by proactively contacting customers.
- Process payments, handle customer inquiries, and manage payment schedules.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Oversee collections activities.
- Follow up on post-production reports.
What You'll Bring:
- College diploma in business or related field.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- 1+ year of receivables/collections experience.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office; financial software experience (Portfolio Plus, LOMA, KiSSFLOW, Cyberquery) is an asset.
- High ethical standards and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and French (bilingual).
