On behalf of our client we are very excited to be searching for a Parts Manager to provide leadership and mentoring for the company and the people in the Parts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of parts professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Analyze sales trends and market conditions to develop effective inventory strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the service department.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Commitment to enhance the company culture and promote a strong team work environment
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and track expenses.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in a parts or inventory management role
- CDK Business system knowledge is an asset
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in parts management software and inventory control systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
