Our client in London, Ontario is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and customer service, coupled with at least 2 years of experience in the industrial tools or construction supply industry.
You’ll play a key role in providing product expertise and solutions for pneumatic tools and equipment to both new and existing customers. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and willing to grow within the role.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, technical questions, and order placement.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices accurately.
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of pneumatic tools.
- Input and maintain accurate data in CRM software.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the industrial tools or construction supply industry. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of pneumatic tools are highly desirable.
