Job Full Description
We have several needs for Admin. Assistants for long-term or short-term assignments.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Canadian experience in Admin./Receptionist/Accounting Clerk roles.
Unfortunately, we will not be considering Students for these roles.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Full-time, regular business hours.
Pay: TBD
Main Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Administrative duties. Answering phones. Data entry. Customer Service. Matching PO's and Invoices. Processing cash payments. Some basic accounting knowledge. Many other tasks as required.
Must pass criminal background check.
