A leading North American distributor with multiple warehouses and distribution outlets throughout Canada and the US is currently seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative for their Mississauga location. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves a combination of sales, customer service, and some clerical and administrative work. Applicants must be bilingual.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Sales/customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Regular Duties Include:
- Taking customer orders
- Learning product specifications and uses
- Processing customer invoices
- First point of contact for building and maintaining customer accounts and relationships
Job Details:
- Start date: Immediate
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Wage will be commensurate with experience
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
