Job Title: Admin Assistant (Accounting Department)
Job Location: Mississauga
Job Type: Full-Time (On Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems

Perform basic data entry tasks including recording invoices, receipts, and expenses

Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
-
Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents

Prepare and update financial reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel
-
Provide general support to the accounting team, including managing invoices and tracking payments
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
-
Assist in preparing for audits and assisting auditors as needed
Qualifications:
-
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required

Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Excellent organizational and time management skills
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
