Job Description: Inside Sales Representative
We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team! The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for executing a Sales plan, formed by the ownership group, that aligns with strategic growth and financial goals. Based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, we serve the North American market.

Our company is growing the business by moving into a much larger state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot facility this year. The new facility allows for exponential growth while maintaining our industry leading customer service standards. Teamwork and family values remain the driving force behind our growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop new B2B relationships in areas including new business, major accounts, and premium apparel.
- Attend apparel-related trade shows, events, and special events as required.
- Actively solicit new business through phone calls, personal calls, and diligent sales techniques.
- Secure and maintain proper documentation.
- Pursue new business leads at every opportunity.
- Provide clear instructions on customer requirements for order entry.
- Meet established sales goals.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Minimum 3-7 years sales-related experience in the wholesale apparel industry.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to negotiate diplomatically, tactfully, and professionally.
- Adept at assessing needs, addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
