Our client is a well-established and growing company with over 30 years of experience in the souvenir and resort industry, serving clients across Canada and the United States. They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Human Resources Manager to support their team and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Support training initiatives, health and safety programs, and benefits administration.
  • Address workplace concerns from both employers and employees.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills, highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Work Environment: Able to work in an office setting and remain seated for long periods.
