Our client is a well-established and growing company with over 30 years of experience in the souvenir and resort industry, serving clients across Canada and the United States. They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Human Resources Manager to support their team and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
- Support training initiatives, health and safety programs, and benefits administration.
- Address workplace concerns from both employers and employees.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills, highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Work Environment: Able to work in an office setting and remain seated for long periods.
