Job Title: Miner Maintenance Technician
Shift:
- Day shift - 7am-3pm
- Afternoons - 3pm-11pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and adaptable Miner Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. This role involves safely removing and reinstalling mining equipment from secure locations, cleaning them using air hoses and wipes, and ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and operational. The ideal candidate should have strong hand-eye coordination, effective communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Lift and remove miners from their secure locations.
- Clean miners using air hoses, wipes, and other approved methods.
- Reinstall miners securely and ensure proper reconnection.
- Maintain and clean equipment, air hoses, and compressors.
- Operate compressors and other cleaning tools safely.
- Ensure proper function and maintenance of air hoses and related tools.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Adapt to changing work conditions and learn new techniques as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working with air hoses and compressors (preferred).
- Required Certifications: Working at Heights / Scissor Lift Certification.
