Job Full Description
Our client, a specialty contractor supplier located near St-Laurent, is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Counter Sales Representative / Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is able to deal with stressful situations and a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and qualifications:
- 2 years of industry experience, customer service or sales of industrial products (Home Depot, Rona, etc.)
- Hospitality experience considered an asset
- Ability to work with computerized systems (ERP System)
- Demonstrated ability to work a team environment
- Proven skills in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs as will be receiving and processing orders
- Previous forklift / shipping and receiving experience considered an asset
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Bilingualism considered a strong asset
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide advice to customers on products, prices and availability
- Receive and process customer orders
- Prepare quotations
- Follow up with vendors on product availability / pricing
- Process and confirm delivery slips and ensure that deliveries are made in time
- Packages orders
- Assist with inventory
- Upselling / cold calling
- Perform other in store duties as required
The wage for this position ranges from $25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
