Job Full Description
Our client, a leading property restoration company in Napanee / Kingston area, is seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Technician Assistant to join their dynamic team! As a key player in their emergency response efforts, you'll play a critical role in helping families and businesses recover from unexpected disasters.
This role offers a unique blend of office and fieldwork, with approximately 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% on-site, working directly with clients and technicians. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to new situations, we want to hear from you!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct site visits for equipment delivery, setup, and monitoring (dehumidifiers and fans)
- Perform moisture readings and follow-up assessments (3 days, 3 readings)
- Document site conditions through photography and measurements
- Generate quotes for clients using Exactimate software
- Manage client files and documentation through Encircle CRM
- Communicate with adjusters using Exact Analysis
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2-3 years of construction experience or education
- Ability to lift heavy building materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational abilities
- Reliable and responsible
- Open to learning and growth
- Willing to adapt to different tasks and duties
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance
- Valid G Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to sites
- Must reside in the Napanee / Kingston area
Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm. While occasional overtime may be required, on-call duties are subcontracted out.
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
