Required Skills and qualifications:
- Experience in a service department environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Organizational and time management skills for independent work
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent, with training in automotive sales or heavy vehicle parts equipment sales
- Experience working with heavy-duty trucks (asset)
- Availability for evening shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Handle parts inquiries via phone and in-person
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealership visitors
- Support technicians by efficiently fulfilling parts requests
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking and receiving orders
- Process and manage purchase orders effectively
- Other duties as assigned
Wage: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience
Available to work Monday to Saturday, with a commitment of 5 shifts per week.
Shift Times:
Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (subject to change)
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (rotation)
