Job Full Description
Our client, located in Stittsville, is currently looking for Two (2) Quality Control Inspectors to join their growing team. One opening is on the day shift (7:00am to 3:00pm) and the other is on the evening shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm).

Required Skills and qualifications:
- 1 year experience doing Quality Control / Assurance with electronics manufacturing
- Familiar with CCA and PCBA assembly standards, ideally certified in IPC-A-610
- College Diploma in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering considered an asset
- Experience reading drawings, plans and specifications to understand product requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Keen attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong English communication skills
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Completing in-process inspections on PCBA assemblies
- Supporting the automated optical inspection operations for processing and validating boards
- Supporting the disposition of products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations
- Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
- Interface with Engineering and Management personnel to report issues and relay potential process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
The starting wage for this position is $22.00 per hour. There is also shift pay premiums of 10% for the evening shift, which increases the wage to $24.20 per hour.
Available Schedules:
Day Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 3:00pm
Evening shift: Monday to Friday – 3:00pm to 11:00pm
