Our specialty food products supplier client is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to elevate their customer experience. We're seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to lead service initiatives, drive excellence, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service standards, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners and in-field sales team. You will oversee service-related initiatives across two major communities, collaborate closely with our in-field sales team, and develop strategies to optimize sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our overall service offering. Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience collaborating with sales teams and driving B2B sales growth
- Experience with CRM software and ERP systems
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and stakeholders
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using various software and tools to drive sales growth and customer engagement
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and resolve service issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and sales teams
- Manage inbound phone calls, customer service resolution escalation, and order processing
- Lead customer service and sales-based projects to drive customer interaction objectives
- Communicate sales policies, procedures, and product updates to sales teams and customers
- Provide sales tool support and troubleshooting to sales reps
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure customers are aware of ongoing promotions and opportunities
- Support major marketing and sales initiatives and execute strategies as requested
- Supervise a team of 4 full-time employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success and growth
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
